No Show & Late Cancellation Policy

 

ALL booked appointments will  require a credit/debit card upon booking your appointment

THERE WILL BE A 50% SERVICE FEE applied to ALL NO SHOW/LATE
CANCELLATION if not cancelled 24 hours

 

Please understand that when you do not show up for your appointment or cancel your appointment less than 24 hours prior to your appointment time, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. For colonics especially, there are often people waiting for a table to become available. 

 

As a courtesy, Mindbody will send an email reminder 48 hours before your appointment time if you provide us with an email address. Our reception staff will often attempt to call and remind you of your service the day before. However, if we are unable to reach you please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times. We do everything we can to help you avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the no show fee but ultimately your appointment is your responsibility. We appreciate your understanding.

Crohn’s Disease, Colitis, Dialysis Patients, Diverticulitis, Fissures/ Fistulas,
Hemorrhaging, Hemorrhoidectomy, Intestinal Perforation, Lupus, Pregnancy,

Rectal Surgery, Renal Insufficiencies, Medication Concerns.

 

 

FAR Infrared Sauna:

Open Wounds, Fever, Insensitivity to Heat, Implants, Eye Disease, Severe
Sunburns, Pregnancy/Breast Feeding, Menstruation, Elderly, Physically Weak,
Suffering Heatstroke, Cardiovascular Conditions, Alcohol/Alcohol Abuse,
Chronic Conditions/Diseases Associated with Reduced Ability to Sweat or
Perspire, Hemophiliacs/Individuals Prone to Bleeding, Joint Injury in last 48
